      About Me
Chenglizhao Chen received his Ph.D. degree from the State Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality and Systems in Beihang University (2017). Before that, he was also a joint Ph.D. candidate at Stony Brook University (2015-2016). After graduation, he joined the Qingdao University, as an Assistant Professor (2017-2019), an Associate Professor, tenure-track Professor, and the Vice Director of Computer Vision Laboratory (2019-2021). In Nov. 2021, he joined the College of Computer Science and Technology, China University of Petroleum (East China) as a Professor.

His research interests include Virtual Reality, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Mining, and Pattern Recognition.


He has published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences, including reputable international journals such as TIP, TVCG, TMM, TCSVT, TOMM, TGRS, PR, INS, KBS, NC and top level international conferences like CVPR, MM, IJCAI, and ISMAR.

     个人简介

毕业于北京航空航天大学，获工学博士学位（2017年7月）；期间于纽约州立大学石溪分校博士联合培养（2015-2016）；获评北京航空航天大学优秀博士学位论文（2018）；毕业后加入青岛大学，先后入选青岛大学青年卓越人才（讲师）、特聘教授（副教授），任职计算机视觉实验室副主任；加入中国石油大学（华东）计算机科学与技术学院，教授、博导、光华学者（2021）；获评山东省高等学校青创科技计划创新团队带头人（2022）、山东省人工智能优秀青年奖（2022）、山东省人工智能自然科学二等奖首位（2023）、ACM中国新星奖-青岛（2023）、入选全球前2％顶尖科学家榜单（2023）；以第一作者或通讯作者发表中科院二区以上论文50篇，其中CCF A类或IEEE/ACM Trans系列论文28篇。


研究方向：虚拟现实、计算机视觉、深度学习、数据挖掘、模式识别。以深度学习为技术平台，结合数据挖掘方法，通过模拟类人注意力机制来应对多模全景环境下的各类复杂实际应用需求，例如类人全景视觉导航、复杂场景语义重要性排序、视觉生理内蕴信号驱动的疲劳检测等。


学术兼职：《计算机工程》（CCF B类中文期刊）青年编委；《Neural Processing Letters》（CCF C类英文期刊）副主编；《IET Image Processing》（CCF C类英文期刊）副主编；国家自然科学基金函评专家。
